Welcome to Path of Gideon. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services, and digital offerings. By accessing or purchasing from Path of Gideon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Path of Gideon provides coaching services designed to support personal and professional development. Services may include one-to-one coaching, group sessions, digital programmes, and online content.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Path of Gideon does not offer refunds for any services, programmes, or digital products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment details, you authorise Path of Gideon to charge the specified amount using the selected payment method.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited without rescheduling.
5. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Path of Gideon reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared within coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Path of Gideon provides coaching for educational and personal development purposes only. Results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path of Gideon is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of its services.
8. Changes to Terms
Path of Gideon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
